What shipping company do you use?

UPS, USPS & FedEx. I ship using all three of these companies. Typically a small box under 1lb will ship USPS, rod blanks or any package over 1lb will ship UPS, on occasion FedEx.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Sure do. Not happy? Please contact within 7 days of receiving the item(s). Item(s) must be in new and unused condition. We will refund your full purchase price, unfortunately we will not refund the cost you paid for shipping. If you shipping was free we deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
